This is the jokerz mini-playfield film which mounts under the Jokerz mini-playfield (03-8195) and is really a film which is cut to fit into all of the holes of the miniplayfield and is held on by the numerous fasteners and posts (so it is not a true decal originally as there is no adhesive on it as original).
